We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate wear, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
